REMADE Strong Monthly Training combines progressive strength training with mobility to improve overall strength and ease of movement - both important factors in slowing autoimmune disease progression.

 

REMADE Strong Group Coaching Program

This group coaching program is offered twice a year, where you will spend time identifying thought patterns that are keeping you in a cycle of autoimmune flare-ups and create a process to change the patterns that no longer serve you. If you want to be held accountable to implementing the REMADE Method, weekly check ins and biweekly coaching sessions were made for you!

Health Strategy Sessions

Individualized sessions with Daniela where you create a custom plan to reduce autoimmune flare-ups, and work together to dive deeper into your autoimmune healing journey.
